If you receive your order and it's damaged and/or you are not happy with the print for any reason, you can return it within 30 days and receive a full refund. 

ALL OTHER ITEMS  (including framed prints, ornaments, or cell phone cases)

In case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we will offer a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please email us directly and provide a clear photo showing the issue. However, returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind. Additionally, if the order shipping details are incorrect we will not be able to offer replacements or refunds.
